Would you be more or less interested in playing Sealed League if you could start with a guild kit 2 boosters for~$25?
I feel like a lot of people want to like league play, but also fall out of it very easily due to opening poorly after a couple weeks. Starting with a (mostly) fixed pool would cut down some of the initial specialness around deckbuilding, but there's probably also something to be said for assuring a playable starting deck and having a temporary special format where you have a handful of powerful cards that most of your opponents can't have. It might still work if you kept the initial deck size locked at 40 so that players had to make interesting cut decisions at the start and were more likely to feel the impact of the boosters they opened.
Is this something you'd be interested in playing? Would you want to see "faction kits" for other sets if they were developed to enable this secondary environment?
