Hey /r/magictcg, I’m a long time player looking to get back into modern with some newbie friends and am trying to buy cards that I can trade around the play group for cheap (100 dollar budget), what are some good cards to pick up to up the power level of our group

Title explains most everything but I’m looking for cards priced around [[lightning bolt]] to fill up a starting point for a budget binder. What are some of your favorite cards to play that would increase interest and power level for a variety of decks without breaking the bank. Not looking for big bombs or win cons just some bread and butter cards. So far I was thinking of [[inquisition of kozileck]] [[izzet charm]] some fun spirits and similar style cards that go in a variety of decks.
