Jace gets mind screwed in some way. Jace is the hardest one to figure out. Maybe he's lead to believe that he's beating Bolas but in reality he ends up doing nothing. Also possible his memory gets erased.

Liliana gets mind controlled by bolas or scarab god, way more likely bolas. I don't think she turns on her friends willingly. This is also symbolized by her zombie followers in the art.

Nissa's life is at risk, symbolized by being buried alive and no followers.

Chandra is too concerned with what's happening to Nissa that she doesn't fight Bolas. She is more concerned with saving the person she loves. She's also looking back at Nissa.

Gideon is broken in some way. Most likely in spirit since Bolas gets past his invincible power. Possible that he loses his arm like in the Gideon zombie art.
