Proxy policies at larger events
Post Body

Is it downright 0 proxies allowed at any competitive rel event? I've recently purchased a pretty expensive card and have been thinking about getting it graded. Would I be able to have the graded card with me and use a proxy in my deck?

It would be for EDH side events, if that changes anything.
