Black/White Extortion deck

Hey all, looking to build a black/white extortion centered deck for casual play. Have a few good extortion cards, but for synergy was looking for a few Black/White cards with the following features:

Cards that allow you to pay life for extra effect Cards that trigger when you lose or pay life (to synergize with the above) Cards that trigger when you gain life (to synergize with extortion)

If anyone knows interesting cards that have these features (whether they are enchantments, artifacts, or creatures) I'd be very grateful to know about them...
