Local players? San Jose area

So, with my newfound enjoyment of MTG, I want to be able to play more. I have one friend who plays and that's it. I have a roommate who plays, but only commander...which doesn't appeal to me just yet since I'm still relearning the game after a 15 year hiatus.
With that said, anyone from the bay area on here that would maybe be interested sometime?
