[Request] I need help looking for the rules page for a casual format

A few years ago(like 2-3) I found this really cool MtG RPG casual format. You would make a character, set your life total, your max hand size, and pick a skill or two. You start out building a deck with only commons in it. As you level up, you can learn more skills and add better cards to your deck.
I wrote some of the basic rules and skills down in a notebook, but now my friends and I want play this format. The only info I can find at all is on the Planeswalker RPG format with the dungeon decks. That's not what I'm looking for.
If I'm not mistaken, what I found a few years ago was on the Wizard's official casual formats page on their website. Now it seems like they took it off of there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
