Grand Prix tips

So, a few of my friends and myself will be attending the Antwerp Grand Prix. Two of us want to play side events, draft a lot and meet a lot of cool people. Now we have the event list, but I can't make heads or tails of this 'queue' thingamajig. We've all played FNM's and pre-releases but this will be our first major events.
So could you explain the Queue and give me some general tips for the Grand Prix. Etiquette, tips, tricks etc.
