Question about Card kingdom Sealed pre orders!

I’ve pre ordered the Ahoy Mateys lost caverns precon, last week when it was super cheap, on their site it says release is on the 10th. I got an email today saying it’s shipped, but when I do check order status it still says processing and that it will ship on the 10th, anyone familiar with card kingdom and know if this is standard?
