I know Ixalan has no dragons, and I know the closest Ikoria gets is [[Vadrok, Apex of Thunder]], but are there any planes that have no dragons at all?

Shards like Bant, Esper and Naya seem to have none, but Alara is whole again. Lorwyn had none, but Shadowmoor did, so there's at least one on the plane. What about the others?

This new category is called Uncertain, it contains planes which we don't know enough about to really say definitively: Merganda, (old) Phyrexia, Serkovia, Sergatha, Vrynn, Gobakhan, Shandalar, Tovalda
