Here, we'll take a look at all of the 4* Limited Flame girls that have access to SE and take note of noticeable effects/skills that they get out of it. This isn't a Tier List in any way, shape or form. I've looked at every girl as objectively as possible.

A few notes beforehand:

  • Limited girls are those from Limited-Time Fate Weaves and/or Events
  • Most, if not all, girls get varying amounts of MP Boost and Doppel Adept, so I'll be ignoring them unless noted otherwise.
  • All data was taken from the Magia Record Wiki.

Nanoha

  • Skill - Chance to Bind Target (77.5%, 1 Turn) and Restore MP (25% to Self, 10 Turn Cooldown)
  • Chance to Ignore Damage Cut (45%)
  • Damage Cut (10%)
  • Defense Up (22.5%)
  • Blast Damage Up (16.5%)
  • Charged Attack Damage Up (10%)
  • Accele MP Gain Up (12.5%)
  • MP Gain Up (7.5%)

Nanoha's SE basically makes her a bit better at everything, which suits her generalist deck of discs. Very straightforward.


Elisa

  • Skill - Attack Up and Chance to Defense Pierce (25%, 40% to Self, 1 Turn, 9 Turn Cooldown)
  • Fill 15% of MP Gauge at the start of battle (15%)
  • Chance to Chase (20%)
  • Chance to Evade (Parry, 15%)
  • Chance to Burn on Attack (20%, 1 Turn)
  • Blast Damage Up (16.5%)
  • Charge Disc Damage Up (10%)
  • Accele MP Gain Up (12.5%)
  • MP Gain Up (10%)

Similar to Nanoha, Elisa's SE mostly gives her general boosts across the board. In Elisa's case, she gains access to Chase and being able to Burn enemies with her attacks, which can add a nice amount of chip damage!


Kyoko (Swimsuit)

  • Skill - Blast and Magia Damage Up (40%, 12.5% to Self, 1 Turn, 8 Turn Cooldown)
  • Blast Damage Up (16.5%)
  • Chance to Critically Hit (15%)
  • Chance to Evade (Parry, 20%)
  • Chance to Anti-Evade (35%)
  • Chance to Anti-Counter (60%)
  • Chance to Burn on Attack (20%, 2 Turns)

Just like her Unlimited self, Swimsuit Kyoko mostly gets passive buffs to help her duel her target. Her Skill can be used for a very powerful Blast Combo (be careful not to hit the cap!) or fire off a stronger Magia, but seeing how she's a Blast Gorilla, she'll probably be using it for the former.
