Here, we'll take a look at all of the 4* Unlimited Flame girls that have access to SE and take note of noticeable effects/skills that they get out of it. This isn't a Tier List in any way, shape or form. I've looked at every girl as objectively as possible.

A few notes beforehand:

  • Most, if not all, girls get varying amounts of MP Boost and Doppel Adept, so I'll be ignoring them unless noted otherwise.
  • All data was taken from the Magia Record Wiki.

Momoko

  • Skill - Ignore Damage Cut (100% to Self, 1 Turn, 10 Turn Cooldown)
  • Damage Cut(10%)
  • Chance to Guard an Ally (15%)
  • Endure 1 fatal attack during Quests only
  • Chance to Defense Pierce (15%)
  • Charged Attack Damage Up (20% in 2 nodes)
  • Charge Disc Damage Up (20% in 2 nodes)

Momoko follows the trend that most Charge Gorillas do: she gets a bunch of Charge Disc related buffs. The unique thing with Momoko is that she gains access to Guard, which functions in opposite to the Provoke/Aggroing effect that primary Tanks get, like Sana. Instead of redirecting the damage to her, she intercepts the damage at her ally. While this means she can tank for that one ally, she can't protect the rest of the Row/Column/Diagonal. After SE, Momoko's balanced statline skews to a heavily defensive one. However, because she doesn't gain access to Provoke and her Attack isn't completely awful, her role on a team is to occasionally redirect damage throughout a fight, while providing damage with her Charge Discs and the damage buffs they gain from SE.

Kyoko

  • Skill - Blast Damage Up (50% to Self, 1 Turn, 8 Turn Cooldown)
  • Blast Damage Up (16.5%)
  • Chance to Critically Hit (15%)
  • Chance to Evade (Parry, 15%)
  • Chance to Anti-Evade (45%)
  • Chance to Anti-Counter (15%)
  • Chance to Burn on Attack (20%, 2 Turns)
  • MP Gain Up (10%)
  • Charge Disc Damage Up (10%)

Similarly to Ranka, you'd expect Kyoko to gain a lot of Blast Damage, being a Blast Gorilla. Nope. Kyoko's SE essentially makes her more well-rounded, giving a buff to all of her Discs and a nice selection of passives that are useful everywhere, particularly in Mirrors.

Karin

  • Skill - Defense Down and MP Damage (25%, -30 MP to Target, 1 Turn, 8 Turn Cooldown)
  • Chance to Evade (Parry, 15%)
  • Chance to Skill Quicken (15%)
  • Chance to Anti-Curse (55%)
  • Anti-Magia Seal (100%)
  • Chance to Dazzle on Attack (15%, 1 Turn)
  • A nice mix of Magia and Doppel Adepts

Karin's SE is interesting. While she's an Accele Gorilla, she doesn't get any help with initially building up her MP Gauge. Instead, she primarily gains access to some resistance to status ailments or effects, Magia Seal and Curse in particular. The rest of her kit revolves around Dazzling the enemy, which helps her survivability, and quickening her Memoria cooldowns. A passive Evade chance is definitely nice, especially in Mirrors.

Ryoko

  • Skill - Stun (100% to Target, 1 Turn, 8 Turn Cooldown)
  • Blast Damage Up (33% in 2 nodes)
  • Accele MP Gain Up (15%)
  • MP Gain Up (10%)
  • Damage Cut (10%)
  • Charged Attack Damage Up (10%)
  • Chance to Stun on Attack (15%, 1 Turn)

Ryoko's SE pretty much makes her overall better at everything, while also adding a Stun to her attacks. A "jack of all trades" kind of SE.

Hagumu

  • Skill - Blast and Charged Attack Damage Up (25%, 12.5% to Self, 1 Turn, 8 Turn Cooldown)
  • Damage Up vs. Witches (15%)
  • Charge Disc and Charged Attack Damage Up (10%, 15%)
  • Charged Attack Damage Up (10%)
  • Charge Combo Charge Count Up ( 1 extra charge during combo)
  • Chance to Critically Hit (15%)
  • Chance to Evade (15%)
  • Chance to Anti-Evade (35%)

While not being a Charge Gorilla, Hagumu certainly has a lot of Charge Disc effects. Most of her SE revolves around them, but also gains a nice damage buff against Witches. Add her other passives and her monstrous Attack to the pot, she's dealing a lot of damage!
