Anyone Fluent In Polish?

So my Mom's Birthday is December 1st, and I found a good branch to whittle into a walking stick. I don't trust Google Translate's accuracy, but want to translate a a few English sentences into authentic and grammatically correct Polish, since she cherishes her polish heritage.
Is there anyone here who is fluent in Polish that I can run a few sentences by, and get an accurate translation?
