Google stopped responding to a thread

So I was one of the people that had nest secure and needed to swap to ADT, issue was that my Nest secure was in storage for the month so I could move. I contacted Google about still getting it replaced and they seemed like they were going to do it since this was a bad circumstance. They could see it on my account so it wasn’t an issue of me being honest. So I waited for them to ‘speak to their leadership’. That was a year ago. I’ve messaged once a month or so since then and they have not ONCE responded. On any platform. What do?
