Blinking Screens

Hi all,
Sorry if this is the wrong place. We have many TB3 Macs deployed and when adding a second external display they start flashing. I have tried out StarTech, El Gato and Belkin TB3 docking stations, I have tried the Dell USB-C monitors and these blink less than normal but still blinks. At this point, i'm willing to try anything. Please help. Thanks!
