Looking for help with an office setup

Hey guys,
I have a 2017 MacBook Pro with a touch bar. I love using it as a laptop and regularly use it to edit photos and write.
I have an office with a LG Ultra Wide Monitor. I was wondering if there is a way to use a MacBook as a tower and attach a Trackpad and Keyboard to kind of turn it into a makeshift iMac?
