I have upped my protein intake but I am now struggling with constipation (23F)

I have begun my fitness journey and am taking the route of heavy lifting and eating healthy but to gain muscle instead of loose weight. I use to eat less than 60 grams of protein a day a was ๐ฉing 3-4 times a day. Now I eat 100-130 grams of protein a day and am ๐ฉing only once a day. I don't really eat junk food but I am wondering if my motablism will go back up eventually. I'm currently on week 3 of my fitness and lifestyle change. I am 4'10ft (147cm) and weigh 111lbs (50kg).
