Bios update not working

I got a couple more Mac Pros today that are 4.1’s and was trying to update them for the team here. However neither are updating firmware. I’ve tried with High Sierra end Mojave via usb and it just boots to usb and doesn’t update. I have a Metal card installed. Any ideas?
SOLVED: Disable SIP, Flash to 5,1 then do the firmware update.
