Is my mac pro dead

2009 cMP upgraded and flashed. Tried boot camp. Didn’t work at first until I’ve upgraded os. Now I have chime but no boot screen. No Mac OS, now windows. I have nothing! I’ve tried smc reset and clearing nvram. Did I just lose money on this project?
