Its my first time here in this reddit.

Requirements:

-Need GPU that can encode in macOS (not looking into dualbooting with Windows as DVDFab had dropped frames in certain blu-ray.) Need a native solution.

-Currently have an older GT720 2GB and its transcodes in my old Microserver Gen8, were reliable less so in the MP. Obviously no EFI

-Need to have EFI boot screen visible (currently have 2 GPUS ATI 5800 series and the Nvidia GT720)

• Would like to have 1 GPU that sees the EFI boot screen and can encode, I want to free up a slot for more drive expansion and all but 1 is full which I am looking to use a PCIe SSD to boot from.

-Not looking for the ultimate GPU, just need one that supports encoding, can see EFI boot and doesnt empty my wallet (wallet emptying is reserved for drives)

One final mention. I have 4 2.5" 4 tb drives in the optical bay with the blu-drive and have another raid card for another 4 2.5" 5TB drives. All main bays are filled. This is where consolidation of slots is needed especially considering the size the 2 gpus are "using" 3 slots.
