$1000 Mac mini setup ?

Iām looking to sell my 2015 MacBook Pro and go all in for a desktop setup. Looking into the m1 Mac mini with 16GB of ram for longevity. Im just a casual user, typing, schoolwork, abd adobe lightroom. I want a powerful machine that will last me years to come. Is it possible to get a decent display, keyboard, mouse ETC with a 16GB mini under $1000?
