as title states I'm attempting to find a way to play totono !

I have attempted using Crossover (winetrick based software) on my mac, to no success and crashes on open menu. I believe this is because of a lack of direct 11 web compatibility with winetrick.
If so, is buying the game on steam and running steam through Crossover more worthwhile? would steam help backend the game/the steam version running on different software?

On the other hand, is persuing android emulation easier? I haven't experimented much with it but have a USB that could transfer files, can't imagine the game would open without some other software on my device though.
