A good 4 inches of my screen is blacked out. I don't remember ever damaging it, but there's a visible crack in the lower right corner of my screen and I'm sure that's where it started. It grows a little when I mess with it so I've learned to be super careful when opening and closing the laptop. I've looked this up before but haven't asked Reddit; is there any way on this earth to move everything over to the left side of my desktop? Notifications (Mostly this is no big deal but not seeing the important ones is frustrating) and more importantly; the first 2 rows of icons are only accessible from the Desktop folder in Finder. I know I can make the Desktop icons huge so less of them are out of view, but this isn't the kind of fix I'm looking for. Also, I know I can just go get it repaired, which I'll do eventually, but I'm not even sure if the Apple Store is doing repairs currently. Thanks for any software advice!
