Post Body

Hello, I have tried Microsoft Support for Mac and they are unable to solve my issues. Can anyone please help? Even just one of these issues?

  • - Using Outlook App 16.61 on a Mac - IMAP. Email Provider is GoDaddy. (Not using “New Outlook” as that doesn’t allow me to create Rules)
  • - Outlook Web Browser not available as this is a work email.
  • - I have set up a new profile from the show package contents > shared profile. This was the only solution from the Microsoft Support which did not work.

1 - Duplicate emails for every email I receive (Rules are set to Move not Copy & set to “If any conditions are met” & set to “Do not apply other rules to messages that meet these conditions.” In my Rules, there is no option for “Move messages from:” and only “Edit Rules” and “Apply” and on the Rules list, I can only set up rules for “Client Rules” and not “Server Rules”

2 - Sync error 17193 (Pop up is repeating EVERY 2 MINUTES for past and present emails I send. Emails in the sync error list have NOT reached the sending limit and have already been sent and received by others.)

3 - Emails sent from Outlook are not showing up in the Sent folder (Settings set for "Store sent messages in this folder: Sent Items (Server)"; I have settings checked for “BCC to myself” since the sent folder is not working but I am getting duplicate emails for every email. When I delete the duplicate, the duplicate email COMES BACK.)
