Anyone else has this internet speed bug? Intel apps vs native ARM apps.

I've been scratching my head over my new M1 Pro only could get like 400 Mbit upload speed when using speedtest in Iterm2 (ARM) or Brave browser (ARM).

I then downloaded some software inside another app and saw it peaked at 800 Mbit speeds. I quickly checked which architecture the app was running and it was intel based.

So what I did was download brave browser for intel and arm, started both up and took at speedtest.
The Intel version could reach speeds up to 800 Mbit/s
The ARM version could reach speeds up to 400 Mbit/s

Can anyone else replicate similar results?
