M3 chip or M3 pro Chip?

Hello, I currently use the MacBook air 2017, Intel Core i5. I'm finally gonna be getting a new one. However, I'm confused about whether I should get the M3 chip or the M3 pro chip. I don't there's much difference but again I'm not sure. Any suggestions guys? Thanks!
