14 or 16 - I need help! I can’t make a choice

I’ve been going back and forth between 14 and 16 M3 MBP. My MacBook acts as my main machine, I don’t use any external displays or have a desktop. For those that went down from 16 to 14 did you regret it? For anyone with a similar debate what ultimately made you decide one over the other?
