What to do with this?

I tried to open my old Macbook Pro 2017, Touchbar. Then, I want to update it to MacOS Ventura. It came from MacOS Big Sur. It’s been 2 years since I opened it but before I updated it, I used it for one day. Are there any ways I can fix this without going to the technicians? Also, I notice the Touchbar is just off during this. I hope it’s not broken ☹️
