Please help - keyboard - 2019 MacBook Air

Im sure there's been a million of these posts... I apologize.
The tab key on my keyboard isn't working. It's the key itself.. I tried to remove it and now it just doesn't sit right and do anything. I google, I YouTube, and I see a bunch of instructions about butterfly backings... but im not sure this key has that...
Can anyone possible point in a direction to help>
