Not even sure if this is the right place and apple wasn’t understanding what I wanted to do.

I want to use my MacBook Air as my work computer so I can respond to texts while on video conferences and not have to pick up my phone.

However the apps I use (teams, outlook, ring central) I don’t want to keep sending me notifications when I’m not working.

So ideally I wanted to create a work user on my air with those apps installed that I can use during the workday and still get my texts. But then at night log into my personal user and then not have them give me notifications (or show up at all).

Is this at all possible? Or would I just need to go in and silence the notifications every night I didn’t want them popping up.
