First Time Macarons

I made about 80 macarons in three types for xmas gifts.
The green ones are dark chocolate cookies, lemon/ganja swiss buttercream filling.
The sexy blonde ones are gingerbread cookies with a white chocolate caramel ganache.
The last, too puffy-no foot bois, are chocolate cookie (made with hazelnut flour instead of almond) and dark chocolte ganache filling.
I am pretty happy with the texture but I had a lot of difficulty getting perfectly round shells, Making the egg whites stiffer seemed to help a bit.
