I used this recipe for chocolate macarons and they turned out amazing so I wanted to try the same recipe but without the cacao powder (substituted the cacao for powdered sugar). So it’s definitely on me for these not turning out perfectly! Should’ve gone with a different recipe instead of trying stuff myself
Okay thank you! May I ask you how much you use? Or a go to recipe?
I’m new to making macarons and I feel like these didn’t turn our as they’re supposed to 😅
Thank you so much! I’ll definitely try it out

Not that hollow. I still have to fill them and all that but they’re not too bad. I think it might be the recipe. It used 150 grams of powdered sugar and 60 grams of almond flour. Maybe it’s too much sugar compared to the almonds
