Have a local copy of external volume

Hello,

I'm looking for an app that would allow me to have a local (offline) copy of a mounted/external volume. This app would allow to have access to copies of the files of that external drive, but would also sync any changes or new files in that folder next time the external volume gets connected.

Ideally this folder would behave like a google drive/dropbox/iCloud folder, with a little icon on the corner of the file and folder icons, which would let me see the state of the content : is the file an updated local copy, a new or updated (unsync) file.

Any ideas? Thank you!
