Hey all, woke up this morning to my Apple ID having been compromised (unregistered device on Apple ID). I have an iPad, iPhone, and Mac all synced up. When I opened my Mac, there was strange activity (tons of tabs open, 5 duplicates of discord) and my computer was running super slowly. Since my OG Apple ID password and Computer password were very similar, I think that my computer was hacked also.

I changed my computer/apple ID/gmail password, kicked off the device, and I think there's no strange activity on Activity Monitor. But my phone seems to be typing slower. What's up with that?

But I'm really worried because (like an idiot) I had a picture of my US social security number in my favorited photos. Does someone have access to my photos? Do they have access to my computer files? What should I do? I'm terrible with technology and incredibly freaked out. Any help is appreciated.
