How would you turn Bluetooth back on if you’re using a wireless mouse and keyboard on a Mac Mini or Mac Studio?

Would you have to plug in a USB mouse to turn Bluetooth back on? I guess if you’re using an MacBook connected to an external display and you turn Bluetooth off accidentally then you could turn it back on by opening the lid of the laptop. I just had this random thought because I had this happen with my MacBook Pro many times connected to an external display and am planning to get a Mac Studio and had this thought of how you would turn Bluetooth back on if there’s no other way to turn Bluetooth back on other than connecting a wired mouse.
