My neighbor who is selling the A1312 isn't sure if it even works. He doesn't have a power cable or a mouse or keyboard. I'm very experienced with fixing Macs, but I don't have much experience working on iMacs from that year. I would ideally use this iMac as my daily computer at home for emails, internet browsing, and light photoshop and video editing in premiere.
It comes stock with 4gb of RAM which I plan on upgrading, assuming the computer works after purchase. If it doesn't work, I plan on troubleshooting and fixing it up - at less than $100, I think it is a good deal, but I also want to see what you guys think about the machine's capabilities if it were to be spec'd out at 32gb of RAM, an SSD, etc.
Thanks!
