I'm still rocking one of the original MacPro 2013, trash cans. A High School graduation gift from my parents almost 10 years ago. It's still going strong. my boyfriend upgraded it a few years ago, maxed out the RAM, processor and added a 2TB NvME drive. It's still my main computer when I'm not on my Air M1. I use it for Photoshop, Video editing, Pages and Numbers and 90% of my web browsing. Fast enough for this chick.
But I'm thinking of the new MacMini M4 Pro later this year, If I get the Mini, and I'm not 100% I will, (I don't really need the power). I was wondering what cool things I can do with the MacPro, maybe a file server or video render machine for Resolve? Not sure what I'll use it for, only that it's still very capable and don't want it sitting in the closet with my boyfriends MacPro, doing nothing.
I'm open to ideas, big or small. I know jack about programming, but I can follow a tutorial if there are some cool uses.
