I just wanted an opinion on something. I currently have a Mac Air M1 8gb and wanted to upgrade my Mac cause I wanted to do some slightly heavier work on my computer and my current Mac does not perform well for it (light editing, coding, gaming). I have two options for upgrading, first is that my brother has a Mac Air 15" M2 8gb pretty much brand new which I could get from him as he does not use the computer anymore, or I could trade in his Mac and my mac air and get m2 air 16gb for basically free or m3 for a little more money. I would love to get his Mac for free but I'm just worried 8 GB will not be enough and I'll have to upgrade again after a few years.
