Anyone recommend a Mac desktop software that will do speech to text?

Writing a long manuscript that will probably turn into a book project.
I can type pretty fast but would love to know if there is software you swear by that does excellent speech to text?
It doesn't have to be perfect, I can go back in there and edit of course, it will be edited multiple times but I do want the initial 'writings' to be from my voice.
Looking for recommendations on any software you recommend.
For Mac and desktop preferably.
