M1 13.4 installer error failed to install package configuration

Ive never had any issues prior to this with installing .pkg installer from web. And first time ever, Im getting this laggy pop up saying failed to install package configuration. I'd appreciate any help ASAP I need this software for work and got a couple hours to fix this. Thanks for your time.
