So I am a Lyft driver platinum status with 5 star rating and zero cancellations and above 90% acceptance rate. Last night the request came in and and were not showing the full trip details like final destination which is very important to me, I reached out the support and this is the ba they gave me, mind you my acceptance rate was like 92% before last night when I didn’t accept 3/4 trips because it was not showing me up front trip destinations like it usually does…
