But maybe there should be reading requirements for drivers?

The option of adding notes is awesome. But I’ve gotten from a handful of people now that get pissed off because their drivers don’t understand English. So they don’t read notes.

Or they don’t comprehend English Example- lady put multiple stops on a trip and tells the driver wait and leaves her stuff in the car. She was uncertain if he understood but he repeated her instructions back to her so she said. Goes into her stop comes out guy drove off.

I feel like that’s such a small way of avoiding problems

Edit- another example. LYFT APP SUCKS and doesn’t let people put the correct door for their pick up.

Either because it’s a renovated building etc Like one medical facility you put in the info which the entrance is on a Main Street but the app sends people to the delivery door in an alley.

Or a strip mall with a multi level Department store with a newly added store and even when you put in the correct location of SAID STORE. The app will send me to a main entrance of the bigger store and the people have to walk all the way around….which again if you put it in the notes we’ll see that and take notice.
