Uber/Lyft's position is clear! They both assume that because they offer you 25 cents cash back on GetUpside that they are doing all they can to help drivers "maximize their earnings"
Stop complaining here...and go to your local news outlets and/or file a complaint with you state Attorney General?
If every other business can pass on higher fuel costs to the consumer then so can the gig companies, but the only way they'll bother to try is if they face immense public pressure, or legal action to do so.
If you're not willing to do either of those things to help yourself...quit complaining. We're all in the same situation.
