I couldn’t get in contact for shit with Flexdrive, I honestly can’t wait to leave them a horrible review on Google. So this lady who works for Lyft sent me an email, to my surprise she told me I should not pay anything to get my car out of the yard it was at since I had the insurance, so she saved me $300 right there. Flexdrive still at this point I can’t get a hold of or nothing just sent me txt msgs saying until the car and the keys are returned ima still be paying. Bitch I called Lyft support and talked to a real nice man s/o Brayden, and I told him I have full coverage and he told me he was gonna escalate the situation bc I shouldn’t have to pay for anything since I had full coverage. So as you can see I’m not liable for anything thank God, the Virgin Mary, Jesus Christ, and my guardian angel. I printed out the ending of the contract to the car, but wow FlexDrive is honestly a horrible company. They don’t take calls at all; so I think I have to go to them in person & give them the contract with my signature. They still owe me $50 for my deposit I left for the car when I first got it. All of the people that were so negative for no reason, go to hell. Thank you for all the positive comments left by good people. The others have personal issues in their life. So I’m able to get out a car this weekend with my 2nd check, wooo! My gpa is also giving me $500 to help put on the down payment. I’m surprised I couldn’t sign it as an e-signature. But I’m still getting msgs from FlexDrive via text, still unable to talk to someone who works there. Telling me about how I’m still renting their car? I don’t understand bc I turned in the keys, and the Lyft tow truck got it out and took it to the collision center, and I’m sure they have the car on their lot already. Never rent a car from Lyft. It’s not worth it, you will only make 30% of what the customer pays Lyft, instead of getting 50/50 like normal drivers do.
