So I’m going to be charged for having it today even though there wasn’t an option to drop it off on Monday (another shady thing FlexDrive does to get more money) Never rent a car from Lyft. Aside from paying about $250 weekly for the car, there’s so many problems they couldn’t help me with and would charge me personal mileage when I wouldn’t use the car at all only for Lyfts, but it was their “policy they had to follow” so much bs. They made way more money than I did the 3 weeks I had it. Horrible horrible. Fuck flexdrive fr they never mentioned they’d be taking money from every ride of mine. It was so hard n stressful to make atleast $110 a day id have to drive the whole dayyy. Lyft is worth it if you use your own car, but if yall are planning on using the rental company to help you out bc you’re out of options, don’t. It’ll just add more stress. They better not charge me shit for the small damage the car has because I have full coverage on this b*tch. Ugh what a horrible experience- and I never got the oil change. What happens if I turn it in without getting it? Are they going to charge me for it?
