So I’m on my way to a dealership to pickup I hit traffic on the route and construction, I immediately text the passenger about the delay and sorry stuck in traffic message. Eventually when I arrive the passenger calls and said he took the wrong ride, I said okay whatever no problem, I’m thinking to myself I’ll wait it out and request a cancellation fee. I even called the passenger after the five min timer and follow the necessary procedures according to Lyfts terms. Once the app tells me to cancel for a no show I do and wait for my fee but nothing so I hop on with the so-called support and this is the poor excuse they give about some damn estimate for not paying the cancellation fee… check out the screenshots.
