So yesterday my rating goes from a 4.89 to a 4.81 (Mind you I have never seen one rating below 5 stars in my email) I was even shown on the app that earlier today (while I was sleeping I havent drove since last night) TWO out of 6 rider complimented me on all areas.
I had one hiccup with a couple, where the husband yelled at me and told me to go straight when gps was clearly saying go right and all the other cars were going right. On the ways I can improve it says mostly navigation and even goes into specific conversation I have had with people about politics.
I like to succeed, so I am very friendly and welcoming to all my passengers and extremely careful on the road. Which is why I have seen no negative reviews.
So WHY DO I WAKE UP TO THIS, but no increase in my rating. What is going on Lyft? Are you micromanaging us via the app? Dinging us for every wrong turn we make? You want us to entertain passengers with cords and etc and also be 100% perfect drivers?
NEWS FLASH: No one is an absolute perfect driver, thats why we have insurance. Some of us are perfectionist and if I take accountability for a missed turn or bump in the road to my passenger and they are okay with it and do not complain and even further COMPLIMENT me…why are you dinging me?
Customer service could not even REFERENCE one bad review that I have recieved.
