Hotel Collection Candle Sale

I received my Deluxe California Love candle from the recent Hotel Collection sale order and it arrived completely shattered.
The packaging was awful- just had a bubble wrap and the box was too big for it.
How is their customer service to deal with?
(The candle had a good cold throw though, so I was excited to try it)
