Who do you pick when Lux is banned/taken?

I have really fallen in love with Luxs kit but she has a decent ban/pick rate.
Do you play similar characters like Neeko or Morgana or do you try to counter pick something?

Ahri is my secondary mid choice, but I've been liking Vex recently as well, and Neeko is fun too.
For support, I'll typically pick Seraphine or Sona if Lux is banned/picked.
