whats the plan for an "apocalypse"

Does anyone have plans/resources for that? Like - if the infrastructure starts to fall apart and we have to live mostly off the grid, and we can't access our meds... what happens? Besides a slow and painful death.
Not that I really expect this to be an issue but in the 2020s, who tf knows right?
